General Rules
1- All our guests are subject to ticket purchase. Presentation of the necessary documents is required for discounted tickets.
2- Our cinemas comply with the age restrictions of the Ministry of Culture, and identification must be shown upon request.
3- Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Cameras, video cameras, and shopping bags are not allowed in the halls.
4- Entry to the hall 20 minutes after the film has started is prohibited.
5- Ticket refunds and changes are only possible on the day of purchase, provided the ticket copy is returned. If the ticket is valid on the day of purchase, a refund can be made up to 30 minutes before the start of the screening. Otherwise, no refund will be given.
6- Tickets are not sold 20 minutes after the film has started, and guests are not admitted to the halls to avoid disturbing other guests.
7- Our cinema reserves the right to refuse ticket sales, refund tickets, and remove individuals from the cinema in order to maintain security and peace.
8- Our cinema reserves the right to change films, theaters, and showtimes without prior notice.
9- Our cinema is not responsible for lost items, and camera recordings are only shared with legal authorities when necessary.
10- Guests are responsible for checking and safeguarding their purchased tickets.
11- Cinema tickets not used on the day and time are invalid, and refunds and/or changes to the service fee are not possible.
12- The customer is responsible for checking and safeguarding their purchased cinema tickets. The customer will be liable for any damages arising from failure to fulfill this responsibility.
13- By purchasing each cinema ticket, you acknowledge acceptance of your chosen seat.
14- You acknowledge that Via Entertainment reserves the right to refuse to sell cinema tickets, terminate the sale of cinema tickets, or change/cancel showtimes and theaters if it deems it appropriate and/or in case of technical malfunctions.
15- Attention should be paid to the age classification of the relevant films as determined by the Ministry of Culture. Tickets of individuals who do not meet the age limit of the relevant film cannot be refunded/cancelled, and Via Entertainment employees cannot be held responsible for any resulting problems.
16- The customer accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will act in accordance with the Terms of Use and all conditions on the site, the explanations made in the relevant sections of the site, and all applicable legislation; otherwise, they accept all legal, criminal, and financial responsibility that may arise due to use contrary to these notifications and laws.
In accordance with Law No. 5224 on the Evaluation, Classification, and Support of Cinema Films, which came into force on January 30, 2019, the right to receive free movie tickets in cinemas with annual passes has been abolished.
